Context

A blockchain infrastructure company needed real visibility into its platform, and a product to monitor on-chain activity at scale.

Challenge

Operating blockchain infrastructure without unified monitoring meant incidents were caught late. The team also needed a product to track thousands of wallets in near real time.

Approach

Built the monitoring, logging and alerting stack on Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Promtail, Alertmanager and incident.io, with CI/CD pipelines automating provisioning and deployments.

Designed and built a blockchain wallet-monitoring SaaS from scratch (React, TypeScript, Zustand, tRPC, Supabase, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis and Rust) with distributed pipelines processing ~4 GB of on-chain data daily.

Outcome

Incidents surfaced early through end-to-end observability, and the SaaS monitored 1,000+ wallets on a pipeline handling ~4 GB of data per day.
